As I mentioned in a previous post, I went all of Chapter 6 without featuring the main crew of Roka, Cember, Bocce, etc. I also did not feature Hiura’s crew! But they’re here now and it’s pretty safe to assume a bit of action may be coming their way later in this final chapter of Volume 3.

Splitting the party when it’s five versus seven? Of course we haven’t seen Rook yet. Perhaps Rook can handle three of the goons easily.

Dumb question…. do spaceships ever have foot pedals? In any universe? In Star Wars? In Star Trek? In the Last Starfighter? In Lexx? In Runners? It seems like no…. but why not? Or maybe it is undetermined in every single case? I like to think of DV jammin his foot pedals in a deluxe TIE with both shiny black booties.
Hmm. Not that I know of. But pedals would be pretty damn cool. I do think it would fun at some point to design a totally alien way of interacting with a ship’s controls that aren’t the usual consoles and control yokes. Why not foot pedals? Plus, I learned from Def Leppard’s drummer Rick Allen that you can accomplish a lot with foot pedals!
