(Just a quick note: there is a slight delay in new page postings as I am waiting to get back pages from my colorist. He had a bit of a packed schedule already when I belatedly got him the pages, so it’s a little backlogged right now. But the final pages should be forthcoming soon.) But not to bury the headline….

I am super excited and honored to announce that I am one of three nominations for the 2024 National Cartoonists Society Divisional Awards in the category of Online Comics – Long Form!! Woot woot!!

It is really amazing to have the series acknowledged in this way, given the amount of work that I’ve put into the series for all these many years and the ongoing struggle to get it seen in a world filled with so much content. Whether it wins the award or not, it really is so nice just to be recognized. Although a nice shiny plaque would be pretty cool too. 🙂 It is also very cool to see David Milgrim, a local friend and great artist, also nominated in the same category for his work. Fight!

Winners will be announced at the 79th Annual Reuben Awards in Boston on August 15, 2025. In unrelated news, does anyone have a tux I can borrow that they don’t mind me getting lots of powdered donut dust on? Ha ha.
