For anyone keeping track, this is a totally different set of armor than what Jayd wore back in Chapter 3, when she took on the crew back on the ship. It was always my idea that since she can just conjure weapons and armor, there’s no reason for her to stick to the same ones every time. That way, as an artist, I could have some fun and design something different when necessary. And of course, when we get to action figures, I can then make a separate figure for every single different armor configuration. Mwah ha ha!!
Sky is leaving? I do think Jayd will be okay.
A Close Combat Armor Jayd figure would be cool.
Or you can go for the Ultimate version right away and ask big bucks! 😉
And here the people will complain why Jayd is getting a figure before the main crew,
The armor is the main attraction, but I love Sky’s two poses on this page too.
I also like how Sky’s pose turned out in panel 1, with her basically prepping to take off.
The action figure comes with a packet of tangerine jello and you have to sculpt your own transparent wobbly weapons and helmets. Fun annnnnd tangy! Don’t ingest the plastic though! …No?
Ooh, I like the idea of consumable Jello bits. If only because people will have to keep buying more to replace the ones they ate.
