Interesting. I had not thought of panel 3 conveying anything on the part of Suul considering Bennesaud’s statement. I would say on a scale of 1-10, Suul falls at a zero! He’s just a super-jerk that way.
Pity it would’ve pretty cool if it phased made his “Victory” somewhat more bitter than sweet
