Ah alright... It does make sense to NOT put the bonuses under the Series Index, but I still think it's a good idea to put the bonus stuff under a convenient link somewhere, maybe as a third item under "Goodies"? Just in case people would want a quick link to all of that stuff, and only that stuff specifically.

Yup. My wife and I were debating the structure of the bonus content just last night (probably something we should have been doing weeks ago, actually). We definitely didn't want them to get filtered into the story pages, since it would really hurt the story flow to have every other "Previous" or "Next" page take you out of the story.

We settled on treating the bonus material like regular blog posts. So every Monday, the new story page will go up on the homepage at the very top, as it does now. That page will stay there for the whole week. On Thursdays, the bonus content will appear BELOW that page in the blog section.

Since the bonus content is being posted as a separate file/category type, it shouldn't get lumped into the story content in the Series Index. So the Series Index and all related page navigation will consist solely of story content, as it should. The bonus content will just get stacked on top of each other in the blog area, and they'll also have tags, so eventually you'll be able to filter and view past bonuses based on category (IE character turnarounds, diagrams, sketches, art process, etc).

That's the thought for now. I guess we'll all find out if it works this Thursday...

Oh hey... I'm wondering if you would be still archiving those bonus pages along with the story pages as usual...I don't know about you but, If i"m reading through the archives, the interruptions from the bonuses would be a bothersome distraction to my reading. So, it's probably best to store those bonus pages on a separate archive from the second arc. Maybe even put that link right under the Series Index -> Big Snow Job tab, even.

What do you think, Sean?

I think eventually you will come around to see the wisdom of my proposed Modified Alternating Lunarian Sequence posting schedule. Once your readers have all studied the booklet explaining the schedule, it will be easy as pie for them to do the simple calculations required to follow your comic!
