I wanted some sort of title for the mob bosses in the Runners universe, like the use of "Don" in The Godfather movies (as in Don Vito Corleone). So I came up with something that sounded like a mix between Don and Dalai Lama (not that the Dalai Lama has any connection to the mob, but the title has a nice air of respect attached to it). It is “Dhama.” I wanted some sort of title for the mob bosses in the Runners universe, like the use of “Don” in The Godfather movies (as in Don Vito Corleone).
