I guess I was imagining it as something that worked more like a field that envelopes them to some extent. So it isn't just a flat surface of "pull" at the floor level counteracting the pull of space, which would definitely put a lot of strain on the body. Good point. So I settled on Bocce, which is the language Uncle Owen asks C-3PO if he speaks during the droid sale. I'm not sure if it's actually spelled the same way, and since I wasn't sure how to spell it at the time, I just decided to go with the lawn game spelling. Bocce IS quite proficient at lawn games though and has several trophies for croquet. Not really. His name was actually a nod to Star Wars, but I wanted it to be something a bit subtle.
